All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you’ll receive your order within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Currently, we only ship within the UK.We hope you love your Double Fault merch, but if something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.This project ran from September 2025 to June 2026, and its now completed. 100% of the profit from sales supports mental health through Bath Mind. A total of £600 was donated.
